PRETRIAL SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE   05/31/2005     

MISSION and GOALS

MISSION:  To make constituents and stakeholders aware of the significance and value of pretrial services in the administration of justice in the State of Illinois. 

GOALS:

1.   Establishing and promoting a strong network and presence of pretrial practitioners by encouraging membership in IPCSA; participation in Committee-related meetings, projects, and workshops; and to improve communication among all pretrial services programs and pretrial practitioners in the State of Illinois.

2.   Improve pretrial-related training for all pretrial services professionals in the State of Illinois; develop at least one pretrial training event per year at the IPCSA Conferences.
